We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Must have proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
How to Start a Return

- Provide images/video proof (if damaged/defective)
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
Damages & Issues
Please check your order at the time of delivery.
Contact us immediately if:
- Item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
We will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

- Product must not be used or damaged by customer
- Request must be made within 7 days
- Items returned without approval will be rejected
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Sale/discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges (Replacement)
- We offer replacement only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
- Replacement will be processed after verification
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

- EasyPaisa / JazzCash
Shipping for Returns
- In case of fault from our side, return shipping will be covered by us
- Otherwise, customer may need to bear return shipping cost
