We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must have proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

How to Start a Return

  • Provide images/video proof (if damaged/defective)
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages & Issues

Please check your order at the time of delivery.

Contact us immediately if:

  • Item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product

We will review and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchanges (Replacement)

  • We offer replacement only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • Replacement will be processed after verification

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund method:
    • Bank Transfer
    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

Shipping for Returns

  • In case of fault from our side, return shipping will be covered by us
  • Otherwise, customer may need to bear return shipping cost
